• Earned PhD or DBA in International Business or a related discipline from an AACSB‑ or ACBSP‑accredited institution.
• Graduate teaching experience preferred; candidates without prior university‑level teaching experience may be considered if they possess exceptional professional and academic qualifications.
• Strong professional background in the discipline, with emphasis on academic competence and experience relevant to the course content.
