Coordinates and provides senior-level administrative support toan ongoing program at the University.
The Program Coordinator II supports the daily operations of theCLASS Academic Advising Office. This position manages front desk operations, assists students with advising check-in and general questions, supervises student employees, and provides administrative support to the academic advising team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily front desk operations and provide welcoming,professional service to students and visitors.
- Check students in for advising appointments and direct students to appropriate advisors, departments, or university resources.
- Respond to general student inquiries by phone, email, and inperson.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and provide daily work direction tostudent employees.
- Process academic paperwork, including change of major requests,minor petitions, and other student forms.
- Assist with advising office communications, scheduling, and administrative projects.
- Support high-volume advising activities, including registration,orientation, and graduation periods.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply withFERPA requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of CLASS Academic Advising.
Experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialtyor technical field. Advanced vocational or electronic skills or abasic knowledge of a professional field is required. An Associate'sdegree or certification/licensing in a technical specialty programof over 18 months and up to 3 years duration are characteristic ofthis field.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
