We are seeking a full-time Solar Installer for an on-site position located in the Greater Houston and Corpus Christi areas. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar panel systems on rooftops or other structures. Day-to-day tasks will include working with both hand and power tools, following safety guidelines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of all installations.

You will play a vital role in promoting clean and sustainable energy practices while empowering Texas communities.

• Proficiency with Solar Power and Solar Systems, including understanding of solar energy principles.
• Experience in the Solar Industry, including familiarity with installation techniques and best practices.
• Skilled in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools for installation tasks.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with installation teams.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and working at heights.
• Experience with electrical systems or certification in solar installation is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are highly desirable.
