** Position Summary
** The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of the company’s Health and Safety programs and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and organizational requirements. This position provides administrative coordination for incident management, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role assists in the administration of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System and contributes to maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
The Health & Safety Coordinator works closely with project teams, supervisors, and management to support safety-related communication, maintain required documentation, coordinate training activities, and assist with the review and reporting of health and safety performance. This position serves as an internal resource for health and safety information, helping promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization while ensuring that all administrative safety processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.#
** Primary Duties and Responsibilities
*** Provide clear and effective verbal and written communication, including the preparation and distribution of detailed health and safety reports.
