Full Time Technician – Commercial Ice and Beverage Equipment Service

Responsible for service and maintenance of commercial ice and beverage equipment. The technician will diagnose problems or issues promptly and provide an accurate recommendation for service/repairs. Technicians should also maintain company vehicle with their personal tools and complete any job‑related paperwork or administrative tasks required.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No felonies
  • Knowledge / Experience with Controls and Wiring related to refrigeration equipment
  • Must be able to work some weekends for “on call” rotations
  • Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
  • Self‑Starter / Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
Parts Counter Associate

The counter sales representative will be responsible for attending to customer phone calls and parts orders or requests, as well as greeting and assisting walk‑in customers. The counter sales rep will work with customers on the phone or in‑person who are needing to purchase parts. He or she should ensure sales administrative duties are performed accurately, provide excellent customer service for incoming calls, and transfer calls to appropriate department in a friendly and efficient manner.

The rep may also be asked to assist the service department by checking in and out equipment. Other responsibilities include restocking parts and supplies and completing the required paperwork and keeping the front counter organized on a daily basis.
