Pearce Services is seeking a Lead Solar Field Service Technician to manage troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on utility-scale solar farms. You will lead a small field crew of 4+ technicians, ensuring safety and on-schedule delivery of field work on ground-mount systems and central/string inverters.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of utility-scale solar experience, strong electrical skills, and experience guiding crews onsite.
