. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the health, safety, and well‑being of our on‑site workforce, ensuring a safe and productive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to apply their skills in a dynamic, industrial setting. The offered salary for this position is between $87,873 and $119,348 USD per annum
, commensurate with experience.
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical response to on‑site incidents and injuries.
- Conduct routine health screenings and wellness checks for employees.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage all medical supplies and first aid equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working order.
- Keep meticulous and confidential records of all employee injuries, treatments, and health‑related matters.
- Liaise effectively with external medical services and emergency response teams when necessary.
- Act as a key resource for health and safety information, promoting a proactive culture of well‑being among all staff.
- Support health‑related risk assessments and contribute to the development of occupational health programmes.
- A recognised certification or qualification in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Paramedic, EMT, Occupational Health Nurse, or equivalent).
- Proven experience providing medical care, preferably within an industrial, construction, or similar fast‑paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency medical protocols.
- A strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high‑pressure situations.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in record‑keeping.
