Wind Turbine Technicians
- Per Diem +$140/Day
- Up to $26.00/hr
- Houston, TX
System One is hiring Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians to travel full-time to wind farms across the United States performing blade inspections, maintenance, and composite repairs. Technicians will work at heights on projects ranging from a few weeks to several months. Ideal candidates have extensive blade repair experience and are comfortable with travel, physically demanding work, and maintaining high safety standards.

- +$140/day Per Diem
- 100% travel to wind farm projects
- Contract position
- Opportunity to work on projects nationwide
- Minimum 2 years of wind energy experience in a related field
- Full lifecycle wind turbine blade repair experience
- Experience with sanding, grinding, laminating, and internal blade repairs
- Composite lamination experience
- Experience using polyester and epoxy resins
- Construction environment experience
- Familiarity with aerial platforms, rigging, lifting devices, and tag lines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work safely and professionally
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Pass respiratory fit testing
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work at heights up to 300 feet
- Ability to drive work vehicles in difficult conditions, including snow and ice
- Extensive hands-on wind turbine blade repair experience across the full repair lifecycle
- Strong composite repair and internal blade repair expertise
- Experience working on multiple wind farm projects nationwide
