Renewables & Flexible Power Graduate Rotation Program – Partnership Management | ENGIE North America Inc.
This is a full-time, early career role at ENGIE North America Inc., located in the US or Canada (initial mission). ENGIE’s Renewables & Flexible Power Global Business Unit develops and manages a diversified portfolio of over 100 GW of clean, resilient energy systems globally, including Solar, Onshore & Offshore Wind, Hydro, Storage, and Flexible Thermal assets. This role is crucial for identifying and developing future talent who will drive ENGIE’s global strategy and ambition to reach 95 GW of Renewables & BESS capacity by 2030, contributing significantly to the global energy transition.

Partnership Management team - Mission:
Manage partner relationships and reporting obligations for renewable energy assets while driving process improvements to enhance operational and financial performance updates. - Tech Stack:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel macros, PowerBI, other data visualization tools
- Partner Relations:
Maintain partner relationships across 11 GWs of wind, solar, and battery storage assets throughout the U.S. and Canada. - Reporting Management:
Assist with the management of reporting obligations to partners. - Performance Communication:
Prepare presentation materials to update partners on the operational and financial performance of their invested portfolios. - Process Optimization:
Focus on process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency within partnership management. - Global Immersion:
Participate in a structured 24-month graduate program including local immersion and an international assignment to gain cross-cultural and operational experience.
- Background:
Degree in finance, economics, engineering, energy, or related disciplines. - Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience, including internships. - Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, understanding of budgets and financial statements, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency, excellent planning and organization, strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bonus:
Experience with Excel macros, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools; experience interpreting contractual language; additional local languages beyond mandatory English; strong willingness and commitment for international mobility.
