• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Live within a 60-minute commute from assigned work location
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work 8- and 12-hour rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to complete Colonial’s Nex Op Program and operator qualifications
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., traverse uneven terrain, climb ladders and stairs, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to distinguish colors and detect petroleum products by smell
• Subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
• Commitment to safety, company policies, and core values

• Associate and/or Technical degree in a related field
• 1–4+ years of experience in pipeline operations
• HAZWOPER, forklift, or fire training
• Experience with HMI systems and batch scheduling
