• Experience:
  
  3+ years of work experience in the US construction industry.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience in BIM Modeling and Drafting of Electrical Power/Lighting layouts, Cable Tray/Conduit Sizing, Circuiting, and Panel Schedules.
• Software Proficiency:
  Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other related software.
• Coordination:
  Experience leading and contributing to BIM Coordination meetings.
• Knowledge: US Electrical Code Knowledge is required.
• Communication:
  Effective Communication skills are essential.
• Travel:
  Willingness to Travel.
• Preferences:
  Field experience and experience working on Data Centers are desired.

• Delivery:
  Working with customers and India teams to deliver BIM Modeling of Electrical systems.
• Growth:
  Build revenue with existing customers by expanding project scope and introducing additional service offerings.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with other disciplines and trades in BIM coordination meetings.
• Standards:
  Adhere to BEP (BIM Execution Plan), project workflows, content standards, and development procedures.
• Field Support:
  Help creation of shop drawings and work with superintendents/field personnel to understand installation means and methods.
• Quality:
  Conduct QA/QC on work products delivered by India-based teams.
• Management:
  Attend kick-off, coordination, and weekly review meetings.
• Client Relations:
  Visit customer offices as required and maintain high-level verbal and written communication.
