We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Analyst to join our team in the role of Sr Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate should possess independence, purposefulness, and a proactive approach, and should be eager to contribute to a dynamic organization. Working collaboratively within the team setting, this individual will formulate strategies for overseeing and implementing day‑day workflow activities, as well as managing medium to complex exception handling tasks while adhering to service level agreements.

Analyst I will specialize in the assigned business function areas, becoming a subject matter expert. Collaboration with team members, project groups, Information Technology, and cross‑functional teams is a crucial aspect of this role to support evolving business requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the deregulated retail electricity sector, particularly with a strong emphasis on analytics. This role will be located in Houston, Texas, and the ideal candidate will be within commutable distance to the Houston office location.

This is an onsite required role.
