We primarily supply personnel to OEM and Utility clients to support outages or supplement their in-house workforce during turbine outage planning and execution.

Key responsibilities of the role include:- Technical direction and project management steam turbine generator maintenance outages (Minor, Major, Valves, Bearings, etc)
- Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reports
- Technical Support and Root Cause Analysis
- Troubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systems
- Outage Client Representation and vendor oversight
- 5+ years’ experience as Turbine Field Engineer / TFA (Technical Field Advisor) / TD (Technical Director) / Utility Turbine Maintenance Engineer
- OEM training and experience with GE, Siemens, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, or other OEM turbine generators
- Reliable, High Energy self-starter
- Committed to safety and quality
- MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN USA (US Citizen, work visa - for USA projects)
- Good professional network (both technical and clients)
- Other specialty skills – MHC / EHC Controls, Vibration, Generator, Complex Alignment, Root Cause Analysis, Steam Path Audit, etc.
- Fluent in Spanish (Especially for South American assignments)
