Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Work Hours: Flexible core hours within a 7 AM – 7 PM window
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) (Bonus, Equity, Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off and professional development stipend)
About the RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll own delivery and profitability for our most complex structural projects—commercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and mission‑critical facilities. You’ll lead a high‑caliber team, nurture client relationships, drive new business, and ensure technical excellence from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead structural design, documentation, and construction support on complex $10M+ projects
- Approve all change orders >$50K; oversee project scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage a team of 8–10 (engineers, designers, BIM leads, EITs)
- Drive business development—bring in new clients and grow sectors (esp. healthcare)
- Represent firm in interviews, proposals, and PCI precast certification outreach
- Take over and recover stalled projects (avg. 120 days behind schedule)
- Implement improved workflows (Ajera) to streamline billing and resource planning
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural); MS preferred
- Active PE licenses (preferred)
- Experience in RAM, Tekla, Revit, or BIM 360
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
- Fast-track to Senior then Principal candidate for people with a “rainmaker” mindset (50% technical / 50% BD)
