Your mission
Register and keep the Company and Project Companies current and in compliance with the different Federal, state, and local Regulators, Independent Operator, and other Entities.
- Register and keep the Company and Project Companies current and in compliance with the different Federal, state, and local Regulators, Independent Operator, and other Entities.
- Provide the information requested by Regulators in a timely manner and/or ensure the delivery of it with third parties.
- Process control and submissions for key compliance deliverables (e.g., regulatory filings, invoices, notices, reports).
- Fill out Certification and Re-Certification for Operating Assets as required.
- Keep direct and fluid communication with different Regulators.
- Review periodically emails and requests for information from Regulators and ensure its accomplishment.
- Coordinate with Operation and third parties the production and gathering of the information needed to answer Regulators in a timely manner so avoiding potential penalties.
- Coordinate and provide information to regulators in the case a violation has occurred and make the corrections and other actions needed to return to compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related area; or equivalent knowledge gained through a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience (years/area): 1-2 years of experience in the renewables sector and a similar position would be highly desirable (NERC/FERC/CIP compliance standards, knowledge of commissioning processes for generation facilities, experience with utility operations or power generation industry).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and tracking.
- Soft skills:
