We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in harness, wiring, and distribution systems to join our team. In this role, you’ll help design and develop high-voltage cable assemblies and distribution systems for advanced electrification projects. You’ll be collaborating closely with both hardware and firmware engineers to ensure reliable and safe integration of critical electrical components.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working on safety-critical applications in demanding environments. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, thrive in a collaborative setting, and bring a problem-solving mindset to complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design high-voltage cable assemblies and wire harnesses for electrification systems
• Develop and execute testing protocols for electrical safety, vibration, and environmental durability
• Contribute to the design of circuit protection systems
• Build and test circuits and apparatus for electrical components including energy storage, balancing systems, power conversion, and circuit protection

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive, aerospace, or related harness/wiring work with HV systems (up to 1000V)
• Proficiency in Solid Works Electrical, Altium Harness, or ePlan; strong understanding of IPC standards
• Hands-on prototyping mindset with focus on rapid design-build-test cycles
