Company DescriptionJoin a cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing organization known for designing and building rugged, high-performance hardware systems used in energy, industrial, and security applications. The team combines precision engineering with data-driven innovation—pushing boundaries in sensing, measurement, and advanced electronics. Here, continuous improvement isn’t a slogan—it’s a core part of how we operate.
The RoleWe are seeking a Lead Electrical Test Engineer to own and drive electrical test strategy for new product development and high-volume manufacturing of complex hardware products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-effective test coverage from early design through full production ramp and sustaining.
You will lead test architecture decisions, influence product design for manufacturability and testability, and deliver automated test solutions capable of supporting high-throughput production environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating autonomously, while partnering closely with R&D, hardware design, manufacturing, and quality teams to continuously improve yield, reliability, and time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of manufacturing test strategies for PCBA and system-level testing in high-volume production environments
- Own test strategy from early NPI through production ramp and sustaining
, ensuring scalability, coverage, and cycle-time efficiency - Balance test coverage, D/PFMEA fault detection, yield, and takt time to meet manufacturing and quality objectives
- Drive design-for-test (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) initiatives in partnership with hardware and firmware teams
- Define and implement end-to-end fault detection strategies
, including AOI, ICT, FVT, system test, BIST, and ORT - Architect, develop, and maintain automated test systems for PCBA and finished goods
