• Maintain codes and programs for computer-controlled WWS equipment.
• Install & Commission Equipment:
  Safely deploy WWS tools globally, ensuring accurate pressure and temperature data delivery to clients.
• Manage Equipment Lifecycle:
  Oversee preparation, testing, packing, inventory, load-out, commissioning, and backload of all field equipment.
• Support Project Planning:
  Assist with installation plans, risk assessments, FATs, SITs, and client interface testing during pre-mobilisation.
• Ensure Compliance:
  Follow all Rosehill Resource, client, and country-specific operational and safety protocols, including Management of Change (MOC).
• Troubleshoot & Analyse:
  Resolve technical issues during SITs and field operations; interpret WWS data and escalate concerns as needed.
• Document & Report:
  Maintain accurate records, complete end-of-well reports, and support investigations using Rosehill Resource E-TRAK system.
• Inventory & Asset Control:
  Minimise wastage, maintain inventory accuracy, and report any lost or damaged equipment.
• Client & Team Communication:
  Provide regular updates to Project Managers and maintain professional relationships with client representatives.
• Lead Engineering Trials:
  Manage field deployment of engineering trials and provide feedback to the Engineering and Operations teams.

• Previous oilfield experience in a Cased Hole or Downhole discipline is preferable.
• A background in mechanical / electronic engineering principles relevant to the operation and installation of WWS equipment.
• Experience in the management of small teams is preferable but not essential.
• Experienced and comfortable with working in different countries and multi-cultural environments is desirable.
• 2+ years experience of machines and tools, including uses, design, repair and maintenance.
• 2+ years experience of the practical application of engineering/computer science and technology; applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
