Job Requirements- Experience applying MOSFETs in power electronic designs
- Experience with PCB layout and fabrication processes for power circuitry
- Experience with electrical measurements, sensing, and protection circuits (OVP/OCP/OTP, fault handling)
- Experience designing for 36–150V voltage range and 10–80A current range
- Hands-on laboratory experience including bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, current probes, electronic loads, power analyzers, DMMs)
- MCU and peripheral circuit design experience
- Experience implementing communication interfaces (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485, Ethernet)
- Experience with higher voltage and/or higher current power designs beyond the stated ranges
- EMC/EMI design experience including conducted/radiated emissions and immunity considerations
- Software/firmware development experience for embedded control and diagnostics
- Experience with battery systems, charging architectures, or power management for energy storage applications
- Design and validate MOSFET-based power stages within 36–150V and 10–80A operating ranges
- Develop PCB layouts optimized for high-current routing, thermal performance, grounding, and noise control
- Define and implement measurement, sensing, and protection functions for safe operation and fault response
- Perform board bring-up, characterization, and debugging in the lab using standard test equipment
- Execute validation test plans including efficiency, thermal, transient response, and protection verification
- Support EMC/EMI design improvements through layout updates, filtering, shielding, and test-driven iteration
- Integrate MCU control and communication interfaces as needed to support monitoring, control, and diagnostics
- Document schematics, layouts, design calculations, and test results to support release and revision control
