Site Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer – Site Development | Houston, TX (In-Office)

Note: A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing Site Development team. In this role, you will create engineering and construction plans for a variety of private and public development projects, applying strong design skills, technical expertise, and research-driven calculations.

• Develop civil engineering plans, reports, and studies for site development projects
• Manage CAD Designers and junior engineers to achieve project objectives
• Review environmental, geotechnical, traffic, and other technical reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and field issues
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring QA/QC compliance
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
• Participate in client meetings and business development activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of site development experience
• Texas PE required
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and H&H
• Knowledge of local permitting and design criteria (City of Houston, Harris County, TxDOT, Fort Bend County)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
