This position is responsible for integrity requirements for hazardous liquid pipelines, gas gathering and transmission pipelines, and gas processing plants. The Integrity Programs Coordinator oversees the integrity management, damage prevention, and public awareness programs and provides technical support to operations and engineering.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead and administer the Damage Prevention Programs for Salt Creek Midstream, LLC, SCM Crude, LLC, SCM Alpine, LLC, SCM Water, LLC, and Imperial Crude, LLC
- Maintain pipeline datasets (KMZs) for TX/NM one call systems, Line Locating and Aerial ROW Patrol services.
- Support 3rd party line locating contractor with damage prevention guidance
- Review and archive exposed pipeline inspection forms
- Lead and administer the Corrosion Control Programs for Salt Creek Midstream, LLC, SCM Crude, LLC, SCM Alpine, LLC, SCM Water, LLC, and Imperial Crude, LLC
- Coordinate execution of quarterly corrosion coupon pulls
- Coordinate chemical inhibition programs
- Oversee operations and maintenance of the Cathodic Protection system
- Oversee bi-monthly rectifier and critical bond inspections
- Coordinate annual Cathodic Protection and Close Interval surveys
- Coordinate annual casing surveys
- Lead and administer the Public Awareness and Public Liaison Programs for Salt Creek Midstream, LLC, SCM Crude, LLC, SCM Alpine, LLC, and Imperial Crude, LLC
- Coordinate contractor execution of annual mailer campaign
- Coordinate annual liaison meetings
- Coordinate program effectiveness measurement and continuous improvement activities
- Support the Integrity Management Programs for Salt Creek Midstream, LLC, SCM Crude, LLC, SCM Alpine, LLC, and Imperial Crude, LLC
- Maintain the Baseline and Continuous Assessment Plan for pipelines
- Act as focal point for asset encroachments including 3rd party crossings
- Coordinate annual instrumented leak survey for gas systems
- Provide coordination activities as may be required for Inline Inspection and Integrity Digs
- Provide Integrity Programs support:
- Support EHSR team with integrity program data required for federal and state reporting
- Provide input to new construction pipelines and due diligence support
- Maintain and improve KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management
- Develop competitive bid packages and bid tabs for high value programs
- Assist with cost tracking and approved budget management activities for OPEX and CAPEX integrity program projects
- Develop and issue work order and purchase order requests required for integrity management program
- Archive final deliverables from vendors and contractors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical evaluations of data received from corrosion control program including cathodic protection, AC mitigation, pigging, chemical injection, smart pigging and integrity digs.
- Implement and oversee the Mechanical Integrity program for the PSM gas processing facilities.
- Address action items in Management of Change system.
- Data research and preparations for federal or state audits.
- Travel and attendance of Public Awareness program events.
- Travel and expenses for field site visits.
