Supervise the project engineering scope for proper execution of projects such  that they are completed as per the expected safety, quality, budget, schedule  and cost objectives;
Project engineering management group Manager is  accountable for the development of the the staff, the tools and the procedure  of Projects engineering management.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
** Responsibilities****●
** Guide resources of the project engineering management group to complete their assignments in accordance with overall objectives ofproject engineering management;
● Provide assistance to Project Engineers to solve problems occurringduring project execution;
● Overview project progress and report on project situation, main issues,and risks;
● Support the development, improvement and implementation of workingprocedures, tools and best practices in relation with project engineeringmanagement, and insure their implementation;
● Propose, organize or conduct training courses in relationship with Projectengineering management;
● Define project engineering management group members mission and objectives, review and report on their performance;
● Monitor the proper induction of new employees within project engineeringmanagement group with respect to Project engineering managementcompetency;
● Establish, update and follow up the implementation of the training planfor project engineering management group members.

Working with global on the project engineering management topics: procedure update or review/improvement project.

** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering) required
● At least 10 years of working experience, with experience in related field:

Project Management or Project engineering management;
● Good team management skills and communication skills;
● Fluent in English, good at computer operation.
