Exxon Mobil Global Projects is seeking experienced Cost, Schedule, and Controls Engineers to support delivery of world‑class projects across our portfolio. We are looking for professionals with 5–15 years of experience who bring strong analytical capability, robust estimating expertise, and a commitment to excellence in project planning. In this role, you will be a key contributor from the earliest phases of project development through full funding.

You will lead early‑stage estimate development, including conceptual and pre‑FEED cost estimating, validation of cost drivers, benchmarking, and integration of scope definition, risks, and execution strategies. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the owner’s perspective, including how cost, schedule, risk, design, and execution decisions influence project competitiveness and drive informed decision‑making throughout development and execution. You will routinely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders, applying sound judgment and business awareness to drive cost‑competitive and executable project outcomes.
