A machinery services provider located in Houston, TX, is seeking a Technical Proposal Manager. This role involves developing detailed technical proposals for emissions and reliability upgrades. Strong knowledge of combustion and performance standards, along with solid sales experience, is required. The candidate will work closely with the sales and engineering teams and also engage directly with customers. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but significant experience is also valued.

Some travel will be required.
