SMT Process Engineer; Group MLB._.ME-Houston,TX

Overview

Purpose of the position:
1) Yield improvement for critical process, include SMT and UF process;
2) Development and optimization of production management system;
3) Creation and validation of standardized operating procedures;
4) Process development and troubleshooting.

• Develop and validate SMT stencil base on customer documents;
• Establish operation standards for each workstation, improve training documents, analyze SMT defects through big data stratification;
• Analysis of SMT process defect, identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers;
• Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirements;
• Train operators to standardize processes;
• Propose new design concept solution and provide technical support for the MP issue fix;

4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualifications

• More than 3 years of process improvement experience
• Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry
• Experience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing work
