Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Mission

To Support Maintenance Leadership in DMV-USA in transforming from reactive to preventive maintenance, optimize resource and parts management, and lead plant revamping projects and exciting investments. With the goal of excellent equipment reliability and operational excellence!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured preventive maintenance plan in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure optimization of spare parts inventory and availability of critical components.
• Introduce and manage digital maintenance tools (e.g., CMMS) aligned with DMV group standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead execution of plant revamping projects and support new technical investments such as new or upgraded equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Plant Leadership, Maintenance Team, Purchasing Departments, and External Suppliers.
• Facilitate training and development of maintenance staff to improve technical capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally to support and improve safety culture.

Apply If (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s, or Masters, in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• 4 – 10 years maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Experience with PLC‑controlled equipment and CMMS systems.
• Strong familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Ability to communicate technical information cross‑functionally.
• Solid communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work safely around heavy machinery and in a plant environment.
