Health And Safety Advisor

Wills Bros is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health & Safety Advisor to join our growing team in a project in Balbriggan
, Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of large Infrastructure civil engineering project.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement in health and safety performance across our project.

• Assist in the preparation of health and safety documentation
• Collaborate with project team to identify hazards and develop effective risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare project-specific safety plans
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance across active project
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in health and safety
• Stay up to date with Irish health and safety legislation and industry standards
• Attend site visits and project meetings to assess on-site safety requirements and provide guidance

• Degree or diploma in Health & Safety, Civil Engineering essential.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a health and safety role within construction or civil engineering essential.
• Good knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork and professional development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
