We’re proud to introduce the Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) — a selective development program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduate engineering talent for impactful leadership roles across our U.S. operations.
Program Overview
The LREP is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX
, crafted to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders s program combines real‑world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.
You’ll rotate through four key business functions:
- Manufacturing Operations
- Technical Product Development
- Product Management
Each rotation offers hands‑on challenges with real impact — preparing you for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion.
What You Can Expect
- Four strategic rotations (1–6 months each) across core business areas.
- Individualized development plans tailored to your strengths, interests, and career goals.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking driven and adaptable engineering graduates ready to jumpstart their careers in a high-growth, global environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems preferred)
- Based in the greater Houston, TX area (or willing to relocate) for the duration of the program
- Open to U.S. relocation post-program
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven mindset with leadership potential
- Willingness to travel during rotations
