The Manufacturing Specialist III provides technical systems manufacturing development and support as part of the Manufacturing Operations team. The position is a role with strong initial focus on technical support systems processes and continuous compliance and efficiency improvements.

• Utilizing initiative and independent judgment to develop, implement, qualify and improve complex engineering systems
• Performing troubleshooting encompassing multiple variables and unknowns to achieve streamlined processes
• Leading and engaging teams in developing upgrades, ranging from evaluations through implementation
• Developing new process and workstation designs to reduce cycle time and support the lean manufacturing initiatives
• Participate in new product introductions through system layout, tool upgrades, and new equipment Interaction with employees and management to design and conduct training strategies
• Ownership of business objectives, including delivery, multi-generational upgrades, and strategic deployment
• Lead Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals Providing technical assistance remotely or in person to manufacturing users of systems
• Employing data analysis to improve established processes and metrics
