We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler / Revit Specialist to join a growing MEP engineering team supporting large commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects.
This role focuses on high-quality Revit modeling, coordination, and production of construction documents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed Revit models for MEP systems (plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical)
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings and construction documents
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and contractors
- Maintain project standards and BIM execution plans
- Assist with as-built documentation and model updates
- Support QA/QC reviews
- 3+ years of BIM/Revit experience in MEP or construction
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Experience with Navisworks coordination preferred
- Understanding of construction documents and shop drawings
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Healthcare, commercial, or institutional project experience
- Contractor or consulting firm background
