On offer is an opportunity to join a team in Houston with a strong global presence, looking to hire an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical site systems. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and HSSE teams to ensure safe and compliant terminal operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands‑on technical support across site instrumentation and electrical systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. This will involve close engagement with engineering, operations, and contractors.
THE ROLE:- Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on instrumentation and electrical systems, including transmitters, control valves, analyzers, motors, and power distribution equipment.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new I&E equipment and system upgrades across the terminal.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with site safety standards, OSHA requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Technical qualification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Controls, or related field (trade or associate degree).
- Experience working in chemical plants, terminals, refineries, or hazardous industrial environments.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of field instrumentation, electrical systems, and basic control systems.
- Safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary technical team.
