We are hiring a Product Line Manager (ESP Completions) to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our ESP enhancement portfolio.
This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution.
What You’ll Own- Product strategy and multi-year roadmap execution
- New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercialization
- Pricing, positioning, adoption, and gross profit outcomes
- Field performance, reliability metrics, and warranty exposure
- Cross-functional execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales
- Y-Tools
- Dual ESP Completions
- Other ESP Completion technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
- 10+ years in Offshore Artificial Lift engineering, operations, manufacturing, or product leadership
- Proven success launching oilfield technologies to commercial scale
- Strong understanding of ESP systems and downhole completion tools
- Business-minded leader with strong technical judgment
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Work Environment Requirements
- Combination of office, manufacturing, and field environments
- Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities and customer field locations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required in field environments
