- Design pavement structures and foundation systems (spread footings, auger cast piles, driven piles, drilled piers, etc.)
- Conduct Phase I environmental and preliminary fault studies
- Support construction inspections and project delivery
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal staff throughout project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required);
Master's in Geotechnical Engineering (preferred) - 2-5 years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Texas PE license preferred (or in progress)
- Strong knowledge of soil properties, testing methods, and lab procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and geotechnical engineering software
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and outside standard 8-5 hours as required
- Must pass drug test, background check, and maintain a valid driving record
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
- 401(k) with company matching
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
