Safety Specialist

Tricore Industrial Measurement Services is a specialized provider of comprehensive solutions for industrial process analyzers and environmental monitoring systems and components. We are seeking an experienced Safety Representative to lead and manage day-to-day safety operations across our manufacturing shop and field job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety, regulatory compliance, and field oversight, with the ability to independently identify hazards and drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and enforcement of company safety programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites
• Provide hands-on safety oversight for manufacturing and field personnel
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain audit-ready safety documentation and inspection records
• Support internal and external safety audits

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or field service environments
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards
• OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in shop and field environments
• 20-30% national travel is expected
