We are partnered with an established utility-scale BESS IPP in their search for a Project Engineer to support the execution of BESS and Data Center power infrastructure projects. You would play a key role in coordinating design, procurement, and field implementation, ensuring technical standards and project goals are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Support project execution from design through commissioning for BESS and power infrastructure projects
• Review and manage technical documentation, including electrical drawings, instillations specs, and bill of materials
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Track project milestones, procurement status, and deliverables to ensure alignment with schedules
• Participate in project meetings and interface with clients, contractors and vendors
• Assist in preparing technical submittals, RFIs, as-builts, and close-out documentation
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and internal QA/QC protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in engineering or construction of energy or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with BESS, microgrids, switch gear, or data center power systems is strongly preferred
• proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling tools
• Ability to travel to project sites (Up to 50%)
