CJR Renewables is hiring a Construction Manager to support the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) EPC projects across the United States.
We’re looking for a hands-on construction leader with 5+ years of experience
, preferably with an electrical background
, who can manage field operations, coordinate site teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
.
- EPC construction execution for solar and BESS projects
- Coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor schedule, productivity, cost tracking, and project controls
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for constructability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, QA/QC, HSE, and contract requirements
- Support client reporting, progress tracking, and project invoicing
- Manage materials, logistics, equipment allocation, and field planning
- 5+ years Construction Management experience
- Experience in Solar PV, BESS, or renewable EPC projects
- Electrical background preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 acceptable initially)
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6, Bluebeam, AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Procore, BIM 360, or similar construction tools is a plus
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Ability to travel and relocate temporarily to project sites
Pay:
Commensurate with experience
