Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support E-House Solutions across industries including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. This role involves executing and coordinating end-to-end LV/MV electrical commissioning activities, ensuring systems are safely integrated, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Execute commissioning for LV/MV equipment (switch gear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, UPS, generators, relays)
  • Perform FAT, SAT, loop checks, and electrical testing
  • Conduct primary & secondary injection testing and relay testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during start-up and system integration
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety teams, vendors, and clients
  • Review electrical drawings, SLDs, schematics, and datasheets
  • Prepare test reports, commissioning records, and handover documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical commissioning & testing
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA standards
  • Experience in industrial plants, oil & gas, power systems, or data centers
  • Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools (IR testers, relay kits, Hi-Pot, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Certifications (Optional)
  • NETA Level II / III / IV
  • PMP Certification
  • PE License (Texas preferred)
  • OSHA 30 / NFPA 70E
