** Job Description*
* The Senior Project Director has full P&L accountability and overall responsibility for the safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of large power plant EPC projects (combined cycle, simple cycle, thermal, hybrid, or repower). This role leads cross‑functional engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities; manages client, partners, and supply chain stakeholders; and ensures compliance with contract, regulatory, and corporate requirements. The Director establishes project strategy, governance, and execution plans, develops high‑performing teams, and drives predictable outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance guarantees.

Job Requirements *
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.

+ 15+ years delivering large power/industrial projects.

+ Proven success executing EPC contracts.

+ Knowledge of power plant systems.

+ Mastery of contract/commercial management.

+ Strong command of project controls and scheduling.

+ Executive‑level communication.

+ PE or chartered status.

Experience with CCGT plants including F Class and Advanced Class Combustion Turbines.

+ Commissioning/performance test leadership.
