Civil/Structural Supervisor
At EOSOL we are looking for Civil / Strctural Supervisor to supervise, control, and coordinate the execution of civil and structural works in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules — ensuring compliance with contractual and engineering requirements.
Main Responsibilities A. Technical Supervision- Oversee the daily execution of civil and structural works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction procedures.
- Review construction drawings, rebar and formwork layouts, and structural steel plans before execution.
- Verify levels, alignment, and geometry during concrete placement or structural installation.
- Supervise excavation, foundations, rebar installation, formwork, concrete pouring, steel erection, and finishing works
.
- Ensure the quality of materials (concrete, steel, bolts, welds, etc.) and their correct handling and storage.
- Coordinate and document laboratory tests (concrete compression, welding, ultrasonic testing, etc.).
- Prepare inspection and nonconformance reports
, proposing corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure all work complies with project quality standards, codes, and specifications
.
- Enforce HSE standards in all work areas.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures.
- Stop unsafe activities and immediately report any incidents or near misses to HSE management.
- Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings with engineering, planning, and HSE departments.
- Coordinate activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to avoid work conflicts.
- Control the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Support the preparation of progress reports, work schedules, and production tracking

- Maintain up-to-date inspection records, checklists, As-Built drawings, and daily field reports
. - Report any technical issues, deviations, or additional work requirements to management.
- Participate in coordination and safety meetings as required.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent understanding and interpretation of civil and structural drawings.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality targets.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in field environments.
- Good communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Education: Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in supervision of civil and structural works (concrete and steel).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Construction materials and standards (ASTM, ACI, AWS).
- Quality control of concrete and steel structures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and field reporting tools.
- Preferred
Certifications: - HSE Supervisor training, Working at Heights, Quality Control.
- Certification in construction supervision or site management (depending on country).
