Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Management Plans and Definable Features of Work using the Three Phase Inspection System consisting of Preparatory, Initial, and Follow up stages.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure all civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work adheres to design intent as well as IBC and ASTM standards.
- Maintain a presence in the field 60 percent of the time to oversee subcontractor quality, conduct daily audits, and manage documentation such as daily logs and Non Conformance Reports.
- Lead ground up projects through to turnover while coordinating with MEP teams and third party inspectors during final commissioning and testing phases to ensure contract compliance.
- Requires 5 plus years of large scale commercial or industrial quality management experience, technical proficiency in Procore or similar software, and an OSHA 30 certification or the desire to obtain one.
