Job Summary
Field Engineering Assistant – Entry Level position located in Houston, TX. Responsible for supporting outside plant (OSP) telecom projects by assisting with field data collection, site walks, as‑built verification, and coordination with engineering teams to support accurate fiber network design.
Responsibilities- Assist with field data collection.
- Conduct site walks.
- Perform as‑built verification.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to support accurate fiber network design.
- Exposure to OSP telecom or utility construction preferred.
- Ability to read basic telecom or utility prints preferred.
- Willingness to travel and perform field visits and site surveys.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
