POSITION - ELECTRICAL BIM SPECIALIST

Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an Electrical BIM Specialist to join our American Engineering and Design Team.

• Plan and allocate assigned project work to ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilization.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure integrity of the overall design or solution, and communicate process changes and issue resolution to related project members.
• Assist Arcadis BIM and Electrical department leads in creating Revit Electrical content and developing BIM workflows.
• Work with electrical team members by troubleshooting issues, creating electrical Revit families upon request, setting up discipline‑specific BIM training, and attending daily MEP meetings.

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in a BIM environment with applications.
• Experience defining BIM outcomes and setting up/coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for electrical projects.
• Skilled in working with and communicating with internal stakeholders, providing support and technical help when required.
• Strong technical skills with Revit, Autodesk BIM
  360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT, or equivalent work experience.

• Salary range: $75,000 – $120,947 (actual salaries vary by experience, education, budget, and location).
