Process Quality Engineer

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing repair and/or engineering process support in accordance with documented procedures and practices. It ensures the development, implementation, improvement, and continuous reinforcement of established Quality Assurance core practices utilized within the local business.

• Ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance for all functional responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Create process improvement plans using Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools such as Six Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, 8D, engineering studies, Gauge R&R, etc.
• Develop and implement process verification and validation plans, including Master Router Plans, Validation Router Plans, and detailed process flow diagrams.
• Support continuous product and process improvement through failure analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA program), and retrospective/remediation action plans.
• Develop risk management tools and aids (PFMEA, DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode Analysis, etc.) and support design mitigation efforts.
• Develop process mitigation plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Ensure process compliance by creating procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other documentation.
• Perform a variety of tasks in support of product and process design as assigned.
• Support CAPA, QMS processes, RCA, design transfer, manufacturing, distribution, and service activities.

• Engineering bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality.
• 1–3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering.

• Experience in Aerospace or Aviation industry or design engineering or manufacturing engineering in Aerospace, Aviation or Oil and Gas fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to lead and implement strategy in crisis situations.
• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of product development life cycles, design change and document change control, process verification and validation, manufacturing/production process control, and servicing in a medical device environment.
• Experience leading and implementing change and performing internal and external audits.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle competing priorities effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude and global regulatory experience with regulators.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and experience managing project teams.

• Competitive base pay range of $82,000.00 – $ USD annually, with a 10% performance bonus eligibility.
