As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to:

Key Responsibilities:
* Train, motivate, and review engineering staff to ensure strong team performance
* Perform repairs and routine maintenance of all operating systems
* Oversee inventory management, departmental budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses
* Provide effective communication and updates to the Chief Engineer, General Manager, Concord leadership, and ownership regarding areas of concern
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in hotel engineering or property maintenance leadership
* Strong technical knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
