Position: Document Control / Production Documentation Professional
This position is a hybrid role located in Houston Texas.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Document Revision Control Professional. You will manage engineering and non-engineering documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain product drawings, specifications, procedures, and manufacturing instructions.
Ensure documentation meets industry standards and company policies; perform regular audits.
Administer document control systems and coordinate IT upgrades.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams on document updates.
Train staff and support document-related queries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
At least 5 years of document control experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
Knowledge of engineering documentation standards and basic engineering processes.
Advanced MS Office, PDF editing software, and version control system proficiency.
PDM software exp such as Teamcenter or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Document Control Certification.
Experience in regulated industries, especially Hazardous Area Certification.
