In this role, you will provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations, oversee capital projects, and support reliability and process improvement initiatives across the facility. You will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve plant capacity, efficiency, and overall performance.

This position would suit an experienced engineering professional looking to move into a strategic leadership role with significant influence across site operations.

The Role

• Lead engineering and continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing facility
• Manage capital projects from planning through to execution
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Drive technical excellence and support future site growth

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
• Background within chemical manufacturing, or related process industries
• Experience leading engineering teams or supervising technical projects
