Can you turn geoscience insight into commercial opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced Geoscientist to play a pivotal role in supporting Shearwater's Business Development across the Americas.
This is a highly strategic, client-facing role where you will combine subsurface expertise with commercial awareness-identifying opportunities, shaping survey design, and supporting the positioning of Shearwater's technologies and multi-client offerings in the market.
You will act as a key bridge between technical excellence and commercial success, ensuring Shearwater's solutions are grounded in deep subsurface understanding and clearly aligned with client needs.
Technically speaking...
You are an experienced geoscientist with a strong background in exploration and a solid understanding of geophysical methods. You bring the ability to interpret subsurface challenges, develop robust geological models, and translate technical insights into practical, value-driven solutions.
Based on experience you are comfortable operating in client-facing environments influencing technical and commercial discussions. You are confident using industry-standard petro-technical tools and enjoy working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
