Job Description
  • Licensure
    :
    Texas RPLS certification required, or LSIT with the ability to obtain licensure promptly
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum of 3 years of professional land surveying experience
  • Technical Proficiency
    :
    Expertise with GPS, robotic total stations, and modern survey software. Familiarity with Trimble Access/TBC or AutoCAD is a strong advantage
  • Field Readiness
    :
    Valid driver's license required for site visits and field operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership
    :
    Build and scale the Texas survey team. Recruit, train, and mentor field crews while setting a high-performance standard
  • Project Management
    :
    Oversee the full project lifecycle-from fieldwork and technical approvals to budgeting and invoicing
  • Technical Oversight
    :
    Lead complex, multi-disciplinary surveys (ALTA/NSPS, boundary, control) and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
  • Quality Assurance
    :
    Serve as the final reviewer for all deliverables, maintaining rigorous quality control and consistency
