Civil Engineer - Project Manager

About the Position

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Houston, TX office you will work with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From an urban redevelopment site to an industrial site and a new school project, you will contribute to designing site layouts, grading plans, storm‑water management facilities, water quality best‑management practices, and utilities.

By interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials you will influence the whole project – from conceptual and design phases, through regulatory review, bidding and construction, all the way to the grand opening.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
• 7+ years' professional engineering experience
• Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Ability to speak and write professionally
• Experience and knowledge of commercial real‑estate site design
