Field Service Representative

Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufactures water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies include raw water pretreatment, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make‑up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets such as petrochemical/chemical, power generation, and heavy industrial plants.

• Operate and control equipment to achieve desired performance.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Perform various water sample testing for pH, CO₂, O₂, SDI, TOC, turbidity, hardness, chlorine, and conductivity.
• Conduct chemical cleans on equipment.
• Maintain daily records: pre‑job safety brief, daily service & job safety analysis.
• Carry out site risk assessments and monitor equipment integrity daily.
• Communicate with clients as required.
• Ensure safety in chemical handling.
• Modify/update standard operating procedures as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post‑secondary education with a technical focus (desired).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible team player with effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, air compressors, blowers, PVC & HDPE piping, and electrical systems at 24, 110, 240, 480 volts.
• Safety‑conscious problem solver.
• Work schedule flexibility and availability to provide on‑call service 24hours a day.
• Willingness to undergo background screening, drug testing, and safety training required to access customer sites.
